¾ oz. Nostrum Cara Cara Cocktail Shrub
Glassware and Tools
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Using the jigger, measure the following and pour into the rocks glass:
-¾ oz. nostrum cara cara cocktail shrub
-1 ½ oz. Bulleit rye whiskey
3. Stir using your bar spoon, attempting to keep the back of the spoon against the glass the entire time. Stir for 30 seconds or until the outside of the glass is cold.
4. Cut the vanilla bean in halves and place one half it in the cocktail so it is partially submerged.
