CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are final
- no returns or exchanges. Cancellation requests must be made to email@example.com
of purchase. Carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver the product with an adult signature. Number of carrier attempts may vary.
We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us after multiple attempts or due to address issues. We are charged $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after maximum attempts had been made, and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer refunds on account of this unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges.
We will offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged during shipping or below satisfaction. Issues need to be reported within 30 days of delivery/shipment.*Photos are required in order to process any claims of damages or leaks. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim.
